Golborne Parkside Sports Community Club is a thriving sports and social club in located in Golborne, which serves Golborne, Lowton and the surrounding villages.  Currently the club is home to 3 resident sporting sections with an excellent mix of both junior and senior teams in all of our sports.  We offer  Bowls, Football, Rugby. In addition, the club also run Darts and Pool Teams in the local leagues, has an active Bridge Club and a thriving Social membership.

Golborne Parkside Sports Community Club is a not for profit organisation and registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC). Our Rugby Club has been awarded the R.F.U Seal of approval, and our Football Club has recently been awarded F.A Charter Standard, and our Bowls section is Sport England Clubmark accredited.  These accolades demonstrate our commitment to continuous high standards of coaching, child protection and the ongoing development of the club.

Exciting times lay ahead for the club. A fantastic bowling clubhouse redevelopment program will be completed over the next  year, with plans already underway.  Check out the Redevelopment Section for more details.

Golborne Parkside Sports Community Club offers both sport and social memberships, but you don`t have to be a member to come for a drink in our friendly club house.

A warm welcome awaits all. Serving a good variety of lagers, bitters, spirits and wines, the function room can be hired for parties, christenings, funerals, weddings and community events. We also have regular social nights featuring live bands, comedians and singers – check out the what`s on section for details, and our annual family fireworks night, beer festival and community fun day.  We often have guest cask ales on sale and show all major football matches and sporting events on the big screen.
